Founded in 2017, with investment from JAPAN, SoftWorld Vietnam providing high-quality application solutions to accompanying customers on the journey of digital transformation (DX). We provide high value-added services from system construction to in-house production, realize client business model transformation and new service development.

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.

The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

I. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Business Development & Sales Strategy Development: (60%)

  • Collect/Analyse data and work closely with Sales team to identify meaningful insights which shall be translated into business opportunities.
    • Work with Sales team to develop and execute customised sales plan for channel, customers according to each customer’s insights.
    • Assist in building promotions plan, schemes in accordance to sales target and budget. – Build monthly sales forecast.
    • Track and review weekly/month sales performance, promotion spending effectiveness,
  • Develop and implement strategies for RTM (route-to-market) accounts, also including market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs, trends, and competitive landscape, also stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments, providing insights and recommendations to enhance sales strategies based on market research and analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to customize offerings and create value propositions tailored to global key accounts & Perform comprehensive needs assessments to understand client requirements, challenges, and goals, tailoring solutions to meet their needs.
  • Build and sustain robust relationships with both global and local key clients, acting as the primary contact for all sales-related inquiries and needs.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within assigned territories.

2. Project Management: (40%)

  • Negotiate terms and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes, and manage contract negotiations and renewals.
  • Plan, execute, and delivery projects via managing cross-functional teams
  • Gather, analyze, and document requirements, ensuring alignment with project objectives
  • Bridge the gap between clients and technical teams with clear Understanding of project timelines and planning, and effectively assign tasks to team members. Ensure proper project coordination and timely delivery of solutions.
  • Deliver engaging presentations of product/service offerings to clients, emphasizing key features and benefits that cater to their specific needs.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, tracking performance metrics, pipeline activities, and client feedback to inform decision-making and strategy refinement.

III. QUALIFICATIONS AND TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES

1. Education:

Bachelor Degree or above, majoring in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.

2. Experience:

Minimum 05 years working experience and at least 03 years of management/ leadership role.

3. Technical competencies:

  • Strong industry knowledge
  • Strong B2B negotiation skills & client funnel tracking
  • Having knowledge on tech/IT bidding packages is a plus
  • Experience preparing, presenting formal proposals to customers. Leading negotiations, coordinating complex decision-making process, and overcoming objections to closure.
  • Executive level speaking and presentation skills, and good written communication skills, exceptional demonstrated decision-making, conflict resolution, problem solving and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving abilities and project management skills.
  • Languages: Vietnamese & English
