How the AI Attendance System Works

The AI Attendance workflow is designed to be simple while ensuring maximum accuracy and security:

 

Employee Data Synchronization → Card Issuance & Facial Enrollment → Dual Authentication at Entry/Exit → Data Synchronization & Management Reporting

 

  1. Employee information is first synchronized from AEON Mall’s existing systems into the AI Attendance platform, ensuring all employee records remain centralized and consistently updated.
  2. Each employee is then issued an access card and enrolled with their facial recognition data. This information is automatically synchronized with access control devices installed at the entrances, allowing employees to complete check-in and check-out within just a few seconds.
  3. For every entry and exit, the system performs dual authentication. Employees scan their assigned RFID card while the system simultaneously verifies their identity using facial recognition against the registered facial profile. Once both authentication methods are successfully matched, a valid access event is recorded – fast, accurate, and virtually impossible to manipulate.
  4. All access records are synchronized back to the central management platform, where managers can easily monitor activities, generate reports, and export data to Excel without manually consolidating information from multiple systems.

Thanks to its dual authentication mechanism (RFID card + facial recognition), the system virtually eliminates fraudulent activities such as card sharing or unauthorized individuals using someone else’s access card, providing greater confidence and security for both Mall management and every employee.
