JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

– Participate in software projects following Japanese quality management standards
– Analyze software system requirements for projects
– Design test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test data
– Execute tests according to the plans and test cases
– Receive and verify reported issues
– Monitor bug fixes by the development team and ensure high-quality software

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

– At least 1 year of experience as an IT QC/Tester
– Quick grasp of business processes and strong information-handling skills
– Solid understanding of testing processes and techniques
– Ability to plan testing phases effectively
– Proficiency in creating test cases, executing tests, and logging bugs
– Strong teamwork and communication skills; meticulous and detail-oriented
– Candidates with experience in software processes and knowledge of software quality systems are preferred
– Experience with Japanese projects is a significant advantage
